Message	If the stories dont pan out then I say its time to get a lawyer. I'm sick of innocent people taking the hardest hit. Take what you can get out of the guy and fix you *new* car. Transfer as much as you can from the damaged car onto the new one. First you need to heal up. Take care of yourself and then take care of business.
